About Me

Hi, I’m Fabiana!

I’m a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the founder of Colen Immigration Consulting. I’m originally from Brazil and moved to Canada in 2018, so I know exactly what it feels like to start fresh, adapt, and build a new life in a different country.

Before becoming an immigration consultant, I spent over a decade working in Human Resources and Recruitment, helping companies find and hire great talent across different industries. That experience gave me a real understanding of how the Canadian job market works, and what newcomers need to do to thrive in it.

Now, I combine my two passions: immigration and recruitment. I love bringing skilled professionals and employers together, especially in the trades and healthcare sectors, and helping them turn experience and talent into real opportunities in Canada.

What inspires me every day is seeing people achieve their goals, build their futures here, and contribute to the growth of this amazing country I now call home.
